No, we have staff and drivers standby during our operating hours. You can place an order anytime and we will take care the rest. You will received an ETA by SMS and a call on arrival.
We deliver to locations within 50km from Brisbane CBD. Use our postcode tool to check your delivery area and fees.
We offer 2-hour guarantee for every local delivery orders, even if you are 50km away. However our average delivery time is 20-45min, we make every attempt to get your order delivered as soon as possible.
All orders and payments must be made through our website, no cash payment on delivery available. For safety reasons, our drivers are not allowed to carry any cash on them.
We currently only providing delivery services, we do not provide a pick up service. We do not deliver to public spaces. The delivery address has to be a residential address.
Yes, if you want the delivery at a certain time, simply leave a note when you order. The schedule time has to be at least 3 hours apart from your order time for us to organise. Please check our operating hours for deliveries.
