2-hours Guarantee Delivery Area

We are offering premium express delivery services for all locations within 50km from Brisbane CBD. We offer 2-hour guarantee for every local delivery orders. However our average delivery time is 30-60min, we make every attempt to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

Delivery costs are based on the distance from Brisbane CBD to your delivery address.

Cash on Delivery

All orders and payments must be made through our website, no cash payment on delivery or arrival available. For safety reasons, our drivers are not allowed to carry any cash on them.

Pick Ups

We currently only providing delivery services, we do not provide a pick up service. We do not deliver to public spaces such as parks, public squares, beach. The delivery address has to be a residential address.

Delivery Terms

  •  If our drivers are unable to contact you on arrival within 5 minutes, our drivers have the right to leave and your order will be refunded, however the delivery cost plus a 15% of your order will be deducted for handling and restocking fee.
  •  If the address on the order is incorrect (including incorrect street number, postcode etc), we reserve the right to charge an extra delivery fee for the second address.
  • For apartments, hotels or any high-rise, the address must be able to provide parking for easy drop-off, please provide instruction that drivers may need. Our drivers are only allowed to meet in front of the building or lobby, we are not able to deliver to your unit.
  • We do not deliver to public spaces such as parks, public squares, beach, pedestrian areas. The delivery address has to be a residential address.

Order Cancel & Refund

  •  If the address on the order is incorrect (including incorrect street number, postcode etc), we reserve the right to charge an extra delivery fee for the second address. If you refuse to pay the second delivery fee, the order cannot be refunded.
  • If you placed an order outside of our delivery hours, we will reschedule your delivery to our next opening hours. We reserve the right to charge you 15% for cancellation.
  • Cancelation has to be inform before our driver is on the way, if the cancelation is made after driver has departed, the order cannot be refund.
